Biography
Kate Pennoyer is an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison working towards a degree in International Studies. She also works as an editor and researcher for the Contemporary International Relations Association, a student organization on the UW-Madison campus that fosters discussion and research on contemporary international politics.
At the Public Tech Media Lab, she intends to explore and support research on the implications of emerging technologies on journalism, including the use of open-source tools and the ethical implementation of AI in the field.
