Hosted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Public Tech Media Lab aims to connect local scholars, journalists, and practitioners with an extensive global research network of multidisciplinary experts on public interest technologies and journalism.

Our membership runs year to year, and the Lab is continually seeking new voices. If you are interested in joining the next cohort of fellows (2026-2027), please get in touch with us!
