Bio

Mika (Jaeyun) Noh is an AI governance and cultural policy strategist whose work explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, public policy, media, and the creative economy. She is Founder and Executive Director of AI Culture Lab, Co-Chair of the AI Art Forum at the National Assembly of Korea, and Partnership Director at Niio Art. Previously, she served at the National Assembly and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, contributing to legislation and national cultural policy. She is the author of Curating Intelligence: The Playbook for Art, Governance, and the New Global Economy and has published research on AI governance, cultural sovereignty, training data justice, digital platforms, and comparative technology policy. Her work has been presented at international forums including WTO Public Forum, Frankfurt Book Fair, IEEE, and leading global conferences on AI governance, digital policy, and cultural diplomacy. At the Public Tech Media Lab, she aims to contribute research and practical frameworks on AI governance, public-interest technology, media ecosystems, and the role of culture in shaping trustworthy AI.
