Biography
Manjiri is a journalist, independent newsroom consultant, and former Innovation Editor at BBC News. She now works with newsrooms around the world as they develop and scale their AI tooling, supporting them as they identify creative solutions to journalists’ problems and in building a better audience experience. An experienced journalist across print, radio, 24-hour rolling television news and digital platforms, she’s also looking at ways in which news providers can better serve their audiences by forging mutually beneficial relationships and if AI can play a role in this community building.
