Biography
Valeria Reséndez is a researcher at the University of Twente. Her work focuses on responsible AI and the design of trustworthy, user-centered technologies. She studies how people interact with technologies such as conversational agents and recommender algorithms, with a special interest in how trust is formed and shaped in these interactions. Through her research, Valeria aims to support more inclusive, usable and transparent digital experiences.
