Sue Robinson (PhD, Temple University) holds the Helen Firstbrook Franklin Professor of Journalism research chair in the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Journalism & Mass Communication. She teachers and researches all things journalism, integrating applied methodological techniques into all her spaces to learn through real-world application. She is interested in harnessing generative AI technologies to improve civic dialogue while helping local communities — through journalism — find solutions to persistent societal problems.
