Anna Schjøtt Hansen is a technological anthropologist and PhD Candidate in the Media Studies Department at the University of Amsterdam. Her PhD research is a multi-site ethnographic enquiry into AI knowledge practices in the media sector, exploring AI training programmes, development processes and museum exhibits. She is a member of the AI, Media & Democracy Lab and the Cultural AI Lab and co-organises the online lecture series Critical AI Studies Seminar series.
